Prior to February 2011 the Regional Community Association Moreton Bay (RCAMB) was known as the Redcliffe Community Association. The change of name reflects a significant change in the role of the organisation in servicing the whole of the Moreton Bay local government region. Consequently during 2011 we have expanded several of our programs to enable access by clients in areas other than the Redcliffe Peninsula. Currently RCAMB operates centres in Redcliffe, Kippa Ring, Caboolture and Petrie.
RCAMB is a non-profit organisation and relies heavily on government funding, charitable donations and the help of volunteer staff. Our ultimate aim is to provide the maximum possible benefit to those members of the community who are experiencing a range of life’s difficulties. We believe that we have significant advantages in our ability to do this due to our down-to-earth approach and our close ties with the community. We also enjoy strong links with other support services, government agencies and private businesses that enable us to provide a comprehensive network of services designed to provide a holistic approach to best meeting client needs.
